About Jay Anstine
Over the last 25 years, I have worked on the provider and payer side of the market, for large for-profit and non-profit health systems, and small physician-owned entities.

For the last ten years, I have been helping compliance professionals improve their ability to interact with their healthcare leadership teams in order to obtain engagement to their compliance programs. Originally, I started speaking on soft skills topics at local and national conferences. That led to a book I wrote and published back in 2023 called, "Navigating the Politics of Healthcare: A Compliance Officer's Guide to Communication, Relationships and Gaining Buy-in."

In addition to writing and speaking, I also serve as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law where I teach courses on healthcare compliance.
